EMILY HAZARD
Emily Hazard grew up in the Pacific Northwest in a family of real estate investors. She watched as her parents worked and carried multiple homes to help support the family. She has a business degree from Denver University and a Masters in Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Currently Emily is living and working in the Edmonds area, with her husband Taylor and two boys: Beau and Lincoln. She has worked as a special education teacher for the Shoreline School District, while also investing in rental properties in the Seattle area. Investing has given her a competitive edge; well developed relationships with contractors and general managers, as well as a good understanding of how to bring a home up to code and get the most money possible for her clients.
Emily is a driven individual that has spent the past five years on the buying side of real estate. Investing locally and really getting a sense of the community. Listening actively to the needs of the clients and delivering timely information to better help support them through the process.
