Our Process
The first step is to formalize the decision to sell by completing all necessary paperwork. This includes agreements between the seller and real estate agent that outline the terms of the listing.
We will go through the home with you and advise you about which projects to take on like fresh paint, landscaping, or decluttering to make the home more appealing to potential buyers and potentially increase the sale price.
We will create a marketing plan tailored to your property. This includes professional photography, staging, online and print advertising, and social media promotions to maximize exposure.
An open house is typically held during the first weekend to generate interest. This allows potential buyers to view the home in person. During this time we will monitor and collect feedback to determine if any adjustments need to be made.
Once the property is ready, it’s listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), making it visible to all agents and prospective buyers. The home will also be shared across various listing platforms like Zillow and Redfin.

Determining the right price is critical when putting the house on the market. We will analyze market data, including comparable homes, current market trends, and the property’s features to set a competitive and realistic listing price.
After receiving offers, you will work with Alex to review and evaluate them. This includes considering the offer price, contingencies, and any additional terms from buyers.
Once an offer is accepted, the property enters the pending phase. During this time, inspections, appraisals, and any negotiated repairs or adjustments take place. You’ll need to be available to answer questions in a timely manner, but we act as your liaison to make things as simple as possible!
Finally, closing involves signing the necessary documents, transferring the title, and receiving payment. Afterward, we can assist with any post-settlement questions or concerns to ensure a smooth transition.
