We will help you figure out which neighborhood you want to move to and make sure it meets your financial and lifestyle goals.

Crazy busy and don’t have time to view all the houses you’re interested in? Moving from out of town, but aren’t comfortable leasing a house sight unseen? Just want to tour with a professional so you can feel confident in your decision? We will arrange and attend property tours for you, and if you can’t be there in person, he’ll record a video and send it to you along with his honest insights. You get all the benefits of house tours without all the hassle!

Our fee depends on the scope of work, but generally you can expect something in the range of 1/2 month to 1 month of your new rent as our fee for service.
